"I was on my own and show finished early, so I rang to see if taxi could pick me up any earlier (45 mins to wait). Was told on phone sorry but fully booked, understandable. But then almost immediately I had a call to say taxi was coming to get me now! Very pleased I didn’t have a long wait on my own, thanks for being flexibke"
